VisionCom SLT Service Price 2021

SLT VisionCom (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of SLT-Mobitel, recognized and appreciated Employee Service Excellence for the Year 2021, at the Service Awards 2021 at SLT Auditorium recently.

Group Chairman, SLT-Mobitel, Rohan Fernando and Group Managing Director, SLT-Mobitel, Lalith Seneviratne were also present.

Shamika Dilshan Wijesinghe – ‘Executive of the Year’

Employees were recognized for their service excellence at the ceremony, with Deputy Director – Content Affairs, Shamika Dilshan Wijesinghe, honored with “Senior Executive of the Year – CEO Award 2021” for her dedication and his demonstrated significant contribution towards the organization in many key aspects. Ten employees were recognized for their five-year loyal service and seven employees were commended for their 10-year longstanding dedication to the organization.

The “Executive of the Year – CEO’s Award” was designed to recognize the extraordinary and most outstanding employee of SLT VisionCom in a particular year. The award criteria specify that the employee will be recognized as the most exceptional for having exceeded expectations in performing their key responsibilities as defined in the position, thereby upholding the organization’s vision of excellence.

The very first Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) product, known as SLTMobitel – PEO TV, went live in Sri Lanka in late 2008. SLT VisionCom (Pvt) Ltd created a differentiated product offering through PEOTV in introducing Rewind TV, Time Shifted TV, Picture-in-Picture, Movies on Demand, Music on Demand, Education on Demand, Subscription video on Demand and many other TV apps for the first time in Sri Lanka and have now become one products most sought after by customers, reaching more than 500,000 subscribers spread across the island.
