Self-storage finance company Talonvest announces new hires

Talonvest Capital Inc., a boutique real estate advisor serving the self-storage industry, has expanded its team. Thalia Tovar joins the company as a loan administration partner, while Ivan Viramontes has been hired as an analyst. They will support the expansion of the company’s business with experienced property owner-operators and the development of more institutional clients, according to a press release.

Tovar will be responsible for orchestrating the due diligence and loan closing process for corporate clients. She has experience in residential transactions, prefab / mobile home transactions and investments, home loans and underwriting.

Viramontes responsibilities will include underwriting, financial analysis and market research for commercial, multi-family and self-storage properties. Previously, he worked at WD Land, a full-service land brokerage and consulting firm. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
