Announcement of a new Managing Director for Volvo’s Finance Division

Steve Catlin has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Volvo Car Financial Services UK (VCFSUK).

Catlin has held management positions with a number of car manufacturers and joins VCFSUK from the Volkswagen Group, where he was until recently Director of Sales, People and Network Development for Audi UK. He replaces retired David Baddeley in his new role.

VCFSUK was established last year as a joint venture between Volvo and Santander and offers products such as commercial contract leasing.

Catlin said: “I look forward to working with an incredible brand like Volvo Cars who have been at the forefront of bringing positive change to the automotive landscape.

“I believe that financial services plays a vital role in supporting the transformation we are witnessing in the sector. How we innovate and provide a flexible platform to our customers and partners in the future will be a key factor. to ensure success.”
