Corporate finance firm boosts advisory services

Clearwater International has made a number of key appointments in the area of financial modeling and data analytics to bolster its growing advisory services offering.

The new team has extensive experience building models across a range of clients, industries and situations to support key decision making.

Richard Goldsack, Partner of Clearwater International in Yorkshire, said: “It’s important to us to deliver great results for our clients. Therefore, investing in a financial modeling and data analysis team ensures that we can continue to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. In Yorkshire we have a number of clients who will benefit from the team’s expertise and knowledge in the months ahead. »

Clearwater has already supported a number of clients with their financial modeling needs; including WJ Group as part of its strategic partnership with THI Investments and more recently backed by Palatine CTS as part of its refinancing to support growth.

The new suite of services will see the dedicated team design and build new financial models, modify existing models, undertake suitability reviews and perform data analytics to provide clients with bespoke tools to support planning, forecasting and commercial transactions.

Mark Taylor, Managing Partner of Clearwater International, said, “We constantly strive to ensure that our clients receive first-class service from Clearwater and the added financial modeling capabilities will only enhance that experience even further. We have already accompanied a number of clients and created tailor-made models for them which have given very successful results. We look forward to working with other great companies to help them achieve their goals. »
